Charity pottery painting evening

The £20 ticket price includes entry into the event, one pottery side plate, paint, brushes and all materials needed to decorate your piece. 

The event takes place from 6pm – 8pm and will last for 2 hours.

There won't be food provided.

You are welcome to bring your own wine or favourite bottle to enjoy.

Soft drinks including tea, coffee, and squash will be available on the evening.

Rainbows Ceramics Painting Studio have given the following information about accessibility:

Wheelchair accessibility.

We have a small step at the front door that measures 7.5cm high, and the doorway is 87cm wide. A portable door ramp is available at the entrance. Please knock or call beforehand and we will assist.

Unfortunately our toilet is not accessible to wide wheelchairs due to the limitations of our building. The doorways leading to the toilet are 68cm wide, and there is a small step up into the bathroom, which measures 6.5cm high. The nearest accessible toilet is very close by (approx. 45m away) and can be accessed with a radar key, or a 40p payment by cash or card.

Not at all! This event is for everyone—no artistic experience necessary. It’s all about having fun and supporting the charity.

It takes 1 week to glaze and fire your pieces. These will need to be collected directly from Rainbows Ceramics Painting Studio.

All profits from the event will benefit the Tiny Lives Appeal, supporting the Neonatal Unit at York Hospital. 

Unfortunately, as this is a ticketed event where we are hoping to be as full as possible, the venue would struggle to accommodate pushchairs or highchairs so we are unable to accommodate children.
